This engagement session makes my heart beat a little faster!  That light coming through the trees……swoon! I wish we had this kind of beautiful light every single evening.  Of course, work doesn’t seem like work at all when you are hanging out with a couple as fun as these two!

Sara and Wayland and their sweet pup where a blast at Arbor Hills in Plano for their engagement session recently!  It was a perfect day.  Beautiful weather and the perfect temperature. If only every day in Texas could be that temperature! Ummm, so I’ve heard the saying “never work with children or animals” or something like that.  I’m sure it’s a bit of show-biz advice, but I’m gonna go ahead and say that it’s totally BAD ADVICE, because check out these awesome photos with not 1 animal, but 3!!  A horse AND two dogs?  I mean.  Come on!  No children, but whatever. 😉

I LOVE these images we captured for Nikki and Chase’s engagement session at the stables where Nikki’s horse boards. We had such a great time with Chanda and Taylor shooting their engagement session last weekend.  This was the first time we had met in person, but it wasn’t long before I felt like we had known them forever.  It COULD be the little fact that these two are graduates of my alma mater, Lubbock Christian University.  That practically makes them family, right?! Can’t wait until their wedding in May!
