I’m not sure even where to begin to tell you how much we LOVE this couple!! We first met with Lynn and John back in April and we hit it off instantly. We had dinner with them at our first meeting and it felt like we were hanging out with old friends. Two hours had passed before we knew it and we had barely even talked about their wedding! I love when that happens. 😉
I know I’ve said this before, but I’m always a little sad when a client’s wedding day comes because that means we won’t have an excuse to communicate as often, but I’m always SO happy for them that it outweighs that little bit of sadness. When December 13th, 2014 dawned I couldn’t WAIT to see this amazing couple. The weather was absolute perfection. 60 degrees and sunny in December? I’ll take it! Not to mention that the entire week before and for several days after it was cloudy and rainy. It was like God put a beautiful day right there in the middle of icky winter just for Lynn and John to wed.
Take a look at Lynn and John’s wedding day at Hidden Springs in Aubrey, Texas. One of my favorite things about this couple is how much they love to laugh together. Seriously, it’s hard not to smile and be happy when you are around them!By the time we got to the kiss at the end of the ceremony it was DARK. I mean “I hope I’m pointing the camera at the right person” dark. The venue had forgotten to let us know there were lights in the arbor so we were literally shooting in the dark. I was SO excited to snag this awesome photo with their unity cross in the foreground and the last tiny bit of sunlight glowing behind them.Last photobooth photo of the night and then the private last dance…….AHHH, I love when couple’s opt to do a private last dance! It’s such a great photo when the room is cleared of all their guests and it’s just them on the dance floor.Congratulations Lynn and John! We can’t wait to hang out with you guys again soon. So glad to now count you as friends.
